As the loved one, how do I checkin each day?

There are several ways that a loved one can check in each day:

1. Respond to the daily call and press "1" on the telephone keypad, then hang up.
2. Call in to Iamfine from the loved one's registered phone  (USA: 731-506 1000 or UK: 01887 451000) . Wait for the system to recognize the caller ID,  It will then say "thank you for checking in" and you can then hang up.
3. Send an SMS/Text message with the word OK to the Iamfine checkin number (see above) from the registered phone, or alternate phone.
4. Login to the website.
